Brent - The Village School NTR Planning secured planning permission on behalf of the London Borough of Brent for a new ‘state of the art’ special educational needs school on the site of two pre-existing schools. The ‘Village School’, which is now fully operational, has successfully provided an inspirational learning environment for its pupils and has received national acclaim. NTR Planning also coordinated a complicated ‘decant’ scheme to provide a temporary school within the grounds of a nearby secondary school during construction.

Tonbridge - K College NTR Planning has advised K College (formerly West Kent College) on a variety of planning matters relating to the development of its main Brook Street site, Tonbridge. This includes planning permission for the College's Campus 21 Project - a comprehensive masterplan for the site creating an educational complex fit for the 21st Century. In addition, NTR planning has successfully secured outline planning approval for residential redevelopment on part of the Campus site freed up for disposal and redevelopment following the implementation of the Campus 21 scheme.

Dartford - Mental Health Planning permission was granted on appeal for a new 60 bed low secure mental health facility (Class C2) in Dartford, Kent. The nature of mental health provision proposed and the 'perception of fear' formed the basis of the Council's reason for refusal. These were thoroughly assessed and refuted as part of a robust planning case.
