Mark Hoskins - Director
Mark has 15 years' experience and knowledge of planning and development matters throughout the UK, gained in both public and private practice. He has strong planning consultancy experience, including all aspects of overseeing major development projects. His experience also includes providing expert planning witness evidence at large planning inquiries.
Mark has achieved great results for a broad range of clients nationwide, providing planning consultancy advice on matters including educational redevelopment and associated projects, major new hospital and mental health facilities, community, infrastructure and transportation, commercial, residential, retail, industrial and leisure developments. Mark acted as planning consultant for Transport for London in the relocation and development of bus garage facilities from the Olympics Park site and is currently part of the Expert Planning Witness Panel for the Crossrail scheme.
