Niall Roberts - Managing Director
Niall has 33 years' experience and knowledge of planning and development matters throughout the UK within private practice, acting as lead consultant in many large and complex development proposals.
His experience includes retail, residential, commercial and industrial development; public sector health and education planning permission and disposal; major city centre redevelopment proposal in Belfast; renewable energy projects in Scotland, Wales and Cornwall; leisure schemes including golf courses, hotels, major indoor ski slopes and holiday villages; prime commercial and office developments; residential schemes on brownfield land and greenfield land; listed building and conservation areas issues; advertisement control; strategic planning advice on property portfolios; and landholding/estate strategies.
He has lectured regularly on Town Planning matters for the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and the Chartered Institute of Builders (CIOB) as part of their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programmes.
