We have a thorough understanding of the current and emerging UK Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) legislation and guidance. We help to ensure that robust Assessments are undertaken and that compliant Environmental Statements are prepared to support planning applications. We screen for, and scope the nature and content of, EIAs, coordinating the professional team, undertaking Community and statutory consultation and finalise the Environmental Statement.

 

Our experience ranges from commercial and industrial developments adjacent to internationally protected sites, leisure and tourism proposals and town centre regeneration projects.
