Having previously achieved a number of widened planning permissions and retail mezzanines for Aberdeen at the out-of-centre Roaring Meg Retail Park, NTR Planning recently secured planning permission for the provision of a new Debenhams department store (now occupied by M&S) and other reconfiguration works affecting the retail park.
