Project:

NTR Planning is acting on behalf of Cumnor House Sussex to secure various options for improvements across their campus. In 2024 we secured prior approval and a certificate of lawfulness to allow for the potential demolition of an existing outbuilding and its replacement with a brand new pre-prep classroom block, designed by Axiom Architects to respect the campus and its location within the High Weald National Landscape. We also secured full planning permission for a potential new covered Multi Use Games Area to provide year-round, fit for purpose sporting facilities.

In Summer 2025 NTR Planning also secured advertisement consent to allow the School to provide updated signage across its estate.
