NTR Planning achieved planning permission for Center Parcs’ first Forest Holiday Village in Ireland.  This €233m development secured 1,500 jobs during the construction phase, and over 1,000 jobs during operation, and injects in the order of €58m annually into the Ireland economy. 

The 395 acre development is discretely located in Newcastle Wood, near Ballymahon, County Longford and includes a familiar suite of Center Parcs facilities, including 470 lodges, 30 apartments, 21,200sqm of central buildings (Subtropical Swimming Paradise, sports hall, shops restaurants and cafés), Aqua Sana Spa, sports lake and leisure facilities.
