Project:

NTR Planning acted for Bouygues UK in their role as contractor for this estate regeneration project in Westminster. We facilitated the project from the issue of planning permission to practical completion of Phase 1, acting as day-to-day planning advisors to Bouygues in terms of implementation. This included providing planning strategies to regularise scheme amendments and working closely with Westminster City Council Planning and Design Officers to secure amendments under both S73 and S96a applications.

We also monitored the process of condition discharge, providing regular update to client and strategies for the most efficient way to undertake the condition discharge process. Again, working closely with the local planning authority, NTR Planning discharged all relevant conditions and secured variation and/or removal of planning conditions where this was necessary for practical implementation of the project.
