Project:

NTR Planning have sucessfully delivered planning permission via Planning Committee for exciting new community sporting facilities in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, for client GB10 Sports.  The site forms 17.6 acres of disused sports ground allocated as Metropolitan Open Land. The project will see the provision for two floodlit 3g pitches, 5x grass football pitches, clubhouse/pavilion including changing and football academy facilities, 6 x padel tennis courts, play zone, car parking and associated landscaping, boundary treatment and access. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
