Laura Marshall - Director
Laura has 10 years' experience working in the private sector acting on behalf of both private companies and public sector bodies. She is professionally qualified and undertakes both planning and environmental impact assessment work.
Laura has strong experience of all aspects of the planning process from site/land appraisals to pre-application discussions, the negotiating of planning permissions and s. 106 Agreements and securing permissions at appeal.
Laura has worked on a wide range of projects including specialising in the telecommunications industry at the start of her career to general planning practice for the last few years. Her projects have included the complete redevelopment of a further education college campus within a Conservation Area; proposals for over 1000 residential units plus commercial uses on a former industrial site significantly constrained by adjacent industrial activities, a railway line and the River Thames; subterranean and other extensions to a Grade II listed residential property in a highly desirable area of London and; the redevelopment of facilities at a football club bounded by residential properties to achieve eligibility for promotion to a higher league with specific requirements.
